Looking after baby and you

Congratulations on the birth of your baby! Now that you're settling into your role as a parent, it's important to remember to look after yourself too. These education sessions will cover everything you need to know before leaving hospital, so you can feel prepared when taking your new baby home. The videos cover all the essentials!
