Have you ever wanted to learn more about your pelvic health, so you can better understand your body? Do you want to learn exercises and management strategies so you can confidently improve your overall wellbeing?
Join us to unlock the mysteries about your pelvic health.
This free pilot program has been designed by Mater physiotherapists and women's health specialists to help better inform women about their pelvic health.
During four, one hour classes, you’ll learn various exercises to improve pelvic health and better understand the most suitable way to exercise during different stages of life as well as the importance of maintaining a healthy weight. The sessions will also discuss how individual conditions affect your pelvic health and how good bladder and bowel habits can help prevent long-term problems.
