Are you unsure about nutrition and exercise during pregnancy?

Bringing a new life into this world is an exciting experience and one which requires a close look at good nutrition for both you and your growing baby.

But it’s not always easy to know—or understand—what foods you should and shouldn’t be eating.

The same goes for exercise; it’s important to keep yourself healthy, but what exercises should and shouldn’t be done during pregnancy?

Head over to matermothers.org.au/chat this coming Wednesday from 10 am to 11 am to have your questions answered by Mater dietitian Dr Shelley Wilkinson, midwife Chris Reily and physiotherapist Belinda Long in our live forum.

By joining the conversation you can also win a Mater maternity and baby care products prize pack containing Mater Body Balm for pregnancy, Mater Baby Wash and Mater Baby Moisturiser.

To take part, simply join our Mater’s Mothers’ Group and visit matermothers.org.au/chat from 10 – 11 am, Wednesday 11 December.
