We developed a range of maternity and baby care products so we could share this knowledge with you and continue the care our Midwives provide from the hospital into your home.
Our co-creation team of over 3000 midwives and mums have been involved in every step of our product research and development process. They have been involved as members of focus groups, product testing groups and also as product triallists both in the hospital and home. As part of this process Mater midwives and mums were supplied product to test and they provided the research and development team with invaluable feedback that contributed to the design and development of Mater products.
Mater Mothers’ Hospital provides specialist life-saving care to seriously ill and premature babies. These babies are affectionately known as Mater Little Miracles.
By purchasing Mater maternity and baby care products you will be helping to make little miracles happen. The proceeds from Mater’s product range will help support specialised care for babies with severe or complicated medical conditions. They will also fund important research projects that will help give babies the best possible start to life.

It is safe to use your credit card to purchase products from our online store. We use secure pay technology which encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except SecurePay's Payment Server.
For transactions completed before 1pm on a business day the order will be shipped on the same day. Any transactions completed after 1pm on a business day or on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Products purchased through our online store are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. You should receive your parcel in 2 to 5 days.

Unfortunately Mater's maternity and baby care product range is not available outside of Australia.
If a product you order is not in stock, but additional stock is expected shortly, your order for that item will go onto backorder and we will ship it to you as soon as it is available at no additional cost. We will contact you if the item isn’t due back in stock within a week of your order date to discuss a refund or supply of an alternate product. All other products in your order will be shipped directly to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with the effectiveness of your Mater product we will offer you a full refund, excluding shipping costs if you purchased online.
